With partners including UCL London, University of Glasgow, University of Tokyo, University of Amsterdam, Mayo Clinic New York, and University of Oxford, HGNN brings together the world's leading institutions in neuroscience, quantum biology, and temporal metrology.
All laboratories operate under ISO/IEC 17025 standards with full traceability to NPL, NIST, and METAS temporal references.
